An AI DIY app for people who abandon home projects. You scan a room, pick something to build, and get a video tutorial showing how to do it. A content model makes each skill a global component, recombinable across builds. It starts with traditional filming, where craftspeople define what good looks like, and AI cuts that footage into short-form skill reels. Next it composes them — identifying the skills a build needs and assembling one video from the parts. The standard is set by hand first, then automated.

A service journey for group leaders — from a teacher’s first visit through picking a tour, recruiting travelers, going, and coming back for another.

An initial onboarding self-serve Q&A captures structured data about the traveler, and every stage after it builds on that record. Six phases, four roles, all reading from one source of truth. User preferences and profile get compared against past traveler data to highlight more suitable tours, which the Tour Consultant explains.

AI tooling is built into a traditional video-editing interface. Each video concept comes with its influences shown alongside it — the categories the idea was built from. Edit the video by hand, or rebuild it by adjusting the influences. The structured layer is exposed rather than hidden behind a prompt box, so the user directs the output.

Finished work can be shared with team members for feedback, or tested directly with consumers. Videos are stored with their insights, to inform the next idea.
